Most people think the tiger as real animals creep through subtropical forest steaming against the background cacophony of screeching monkeys and barking deer. But these cats live in the snowy lands of the Russian Far East. They are also known as the Amur tiger, since there are no tigers in Siberia; Russian tigers live in the basin of the Amur, therefore, the Amur tiger and hunt deer and wild boar in the forests of oak not very different from those of the northeastern United States. And in the fall, orange coats this tiger 'mixed with fall colors to be almost invisible to prying eyes.
